Deskside Services Director Jeri Machino introduced C.O.R.A. in the Spring of 2014 as a program to help MIS meet its Team Goals for 2014/2015. Department members responded by making a commitment to be guided by the C.O.R.A. principles as they perform their tasks every day.
Further, the Department commits to providing transparency in regard to our performance via our MIS News Blog and Current Projects web pages. These pages will provide frequent updates on the services we are currently providing (including statuses and resolutions) to College students, faculty and staff.
All members of the College community are welcome to visit these pages regularly to assess how our team is meeting its goals.
The MIS team provides expert, friendly and effective technical support and consultation to Morton College students, faculty and staff. Our standard for success is to resolve issues in a timely manner and provide satisfactory solutions to our clients. If this standard cannot be achieved, we will accept responsibility and expect to be held accountable. We pledge to demonstrate and document how our efforts are meeting the C.O.R.A. commitment on a daily basis and continuously evaluate our processes in order to identify areas of improvement. MIS invites feedback on how we can improve our processes and provide better service to all members of the College community.
