  • Theft/Larceny/Criminal Damage/Graffiti to College Property

    Violations of the College’s Code of Student Conduct prohibits theft/criminal damage/graffiti to college property or to the property of a member of the college community on campus or at an official College activity off campus by a student.

    It is the policy of the Morton College Police Department to enforce this policy in accordance with local and state laws in the event of such violations.

    Damage to college property including graffiti and other types of damage are violations of sections 720 ILCS 5/21-4, 720 ILCS 5/21-1.3 and 720 ILCS 5/16-1 and may be punishable by state law, including a felony charge. Disciplinary actions may range from expulsion to incarceration.
