Institutional Advancement is a comprehensive organizational process encompassing academic assessment and operational planning that results in improvements in teaching, learning and operations to maximize college effectiveness in all areas.
Strategic Planning functions on a continuum to align College priorities and future initiatives to assure a viable, state-of-the-art institution that meets the needs of its changing community.
Strategic initiatives, defined through the strategic planning process and flowing from the College mission and purpose, directly guide and impact curricula, teaching and learning, student services, campus and physical plant operations through the implementation of annual plans.
