16-Week & 8-Week Courses
You have one (1) week from the official start of the class to return textbooks for a full refund provided you have the original register receipt and the book is brought back in new condition (if bought new).
For Courses That Meet Less than 8 weeks
You have one (1) day from the official start of the class to return textbooks for a full refund provided you have the original register receipt and the book is brought back in new condition (if bought new).
Points to Remember
- Books purchased after the above refund period are non-returnable.
- All trade/reference books are non-returnable
- Hold onto your original receipt - No Receipt, No Refund.
- You have 1 week from the date of purchase to return all non-text merchandise provided you have the original receipt and the items are brought back in their original packaging.
- If books were purchased in new condition, but brought back within the above refund period in used condition, you will be refunded the used price for the book.
- All Software and Perfume are non-returnable.
