Budd for Red Movement, an oil painting on canvas; and Faryal Choudhry for Enclosed, a pastel and ink creation on paper. Their works were chosen from 200 pieces submitted by student-artists from the eight member schools in the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference. Both have had their works selected for previous Illinois Skyway competitions.
