•Hispanic/Latino content driven topics
•Resources to better serve a diverse population with focus on Hispanics/Latinos
•Assessment and Student Impact
•Training
•Workshops
•Classroom Impact
•Evaluation
•Participate in orientation
•Attend 6 trainings sessions/workshops
•Meet as a group once a month:
–Discuss what was learned from the training session
–Discuss work on adapted modules
–Present adapted modules
–Select a multicultural resource to discuss
–Share stories, reflect on experience

Adapt 1-2 modules or course components* per semester.
–Modules or course components must incorporate training through content, material, or strategy.
Continue implementing adapted modules. In an academic year, 2-4 modules will have been adapted.
Write a refection journal* at the end of each term on how the training, adapted modules, & multicultural resource impacted the classroom.
Peer Observations: (one per term)

–Agree to be observed by a faculty member in the group.

–Observe a faculty member in the group when an adapted module is being used in the classroom.

–Peer observer will complete an observation form and write a narrative* reflecting on the experience.
*Evidence of adapted modules, end of term reflection journal, and peer
observation form & narrative will be submitted to Title V.
•Complete workshop evaluations
•Participate in pre/post-faculty surveys
•Participate in other survey, interviews, and assessment tools as necessary.
•Administer course feedback survey and other necessary surveys to students.
•Participate in data evaluation meetings
