Tracking System   

Purpose of the Tracking System

  • used for project evaluation and institutional effectiveness measures
  • track the progress of cohorts
  • trend analysis
  • provide data that will assist in timely intervention

Login to the System for Faculty

  • Site/Home page: http://www.morton.edu/titlev_track
  • Type in your user name: mcfaculty (first & last initials)(month of birth)  Example: for “John Smith, March” the user name would appear as “mcfacultyjs03”.  Jan. = 01, Feb. = 02, Mar. = 03, Oct. = 10…
  • The password can be assigned by Morton College or it can be selected by the user. The password must be 7 or more characters and contain at least one number.
  • Click on Sign In to enter the tracking management system.

Login to the System for Mentors

  • Site/Home page: http://www.morton.edu/titlev_track
  • Type in your user name:
  • For Morton College Mentor; mcmentor(first & last initials)(month of birth)
  • For Governors State University Mentors;  gsumentor (first & last initials)(month of birth) Example: for “John Smith, March” the user name would appear as “gsumentorjs03”.  Jan. = 01, Feb. = 02, Mar. = 03, Oct. = 10…
  • The password is a unique password given to you by Morton College; it can be changed at a later date.
  • Click on Sign In to enter the tracking management system
