Morton College (MC) is committed to preserving the human dignity of all college community members, by maintaining a safe and secure work and academic environment, free of any form of sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking. Sexual Harassment or Misconduct Harassment and Retaliation Policy

Consistent with Hostile Environment and/or Sexual Harassment Policy and in compliance with Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972 and its implementing regulations, as well as the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) along with the Campus SaVE Act and the Jeanne Clery Act, the College will not tolerate any form of sexual discrimination or sexual misconduct.
